Refund Policy

Traceflow is provided by Miguel Garcia Moreno, trading as MIGAMO. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Refund requests follow Paddle’s Refund Policy, including its applicable request periods and mandatory consumer rights.

Requesting a refund

Visit paddle.net for payment assistance or use our contact form. Traceflow does not automatically issue a refund when you cancel.

Cancellation and prepaid access

Monthly and annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Ordinary cancellation stops renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends. An approved full refund of the current paid period ends refunded paid access and future renewal; partial refunds leave access unchanged. Company data is not deleted by cancellation or refund.
