Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Traceflow (the "Service") at traceflow.migamo.es, provided by MIGAMO ("we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist or using the Service you accept these terms. If you use Traceflow on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

1. The Service

Traceflow shows Google Analytics 4 campaign data organised by UTM parameters, with team workspaces and role-based permissions. The Service is currently offered as early access and may change, be interrupted or be discontinued. Interactive demo figures on the public site are sample data.

2. Accounts and security

• You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in and two-factor device secure.
• Workspace Owners and Administrators are responsible for who they invite, the roles they grant and removing access when people leave.
• Tell us immediately at hello@migamo.es if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connecting Google Analytics

You may only connect Google accounts and properties you are authorised to use. Traceflow requests read-only access and does not change your Google Analytics setup. You remain responsible for the data in your properties, including having a lawful basis and appropriate notices for the analytics data your websites collect. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law or third-party rights; attempt to access data of other workspaces; probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission; overload or disrupt the Service; reverse engineer it except where law allows; or resell it without our agreement.

5. Your data

You keep all rights to your data. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it to provide the Service. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor as described in our Privacy Policy; a data processing agreement is available on request.

6. Our intellectual property

The Service, software, design and the Traceflow and MIGAMO names and logos belong to MIGAMO. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.

7. Fees

Early access is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms in advance, and you will not be charged without agreeing to them.

8. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Traceflow reliable and secure, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reports will match other tools exactly, as figures depend on Google Analytics data and processing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MIGAMO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if the Service was free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or consumer rights under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Traceflow and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service or other users. On closure, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, notify account holders in advance. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory rights consumers have to bring claims in their country of residence.
